I got exactly the vehicle I asked for, equipped exactly the way I asked at a very fair price. My trade was accepted for what I expected. I feel this was a win win situation. I got what I wanted pretty painlessly, the dealership made money (the jury is still out on the finance guy.) I'm not sure if he put one over me or not by talking me out of the 0% financing and into the rebate with 3.79%. I know he took a piece of that 3.79 for his own commission which he would not have gotten if I went with the 0% and I just hope I didn't get the crappy end of the stick on that. If I did, it would be because I didn't educate myself enough. Let the buyer beware.
I contacted 4 separate dealerships and James Kellogg was by far the easiest and most pleasant internet sales manager to work with. He gave me every answer I asked for. We did the entire deal by email on the internet which is what I requested and when we met in person my original feelings about his willingness to make things happen beneficially for both of us with a positive attitude were justified.
If you need a "mystery shopper" for internet sales in the future, I'd be happy to work with you.
Easy transaction. Found my 2012 Jeep Wrangler on the Atlantic web page. Saw that the car was in transit. I called James, agreed on price, the car arrived the next day, and I picked it up about three hours later.
Entire transaction took about 20 minutes at the dealership. I will do business with these guys again if I'm in the market for a Dodge/Jeep.
great and easy visit, using the internet found us the truck we wanted and we received low pressure service. we took less than 1.5 hours to complete the whole process... we had time to enjoy a quick dinner out and talk about our first "road trip".

He went out of his way to help me and to inform me how to operate and enjoy my new jeep. I was also more than impressed with the Sales Manager, name??, (sorry). He helped by being visible and making the sale a possibility rather than a chore. He did ask for two minutes of my time, that ended up being a few hours but definitely worth it. He gave me the best price for my trade in and made the transition very easy. This is my second vehicle that I purchased from Atlantic Dodge. Don and all the staff are great to work with; service and parts department have been very helpful also. Dealership is close to work and I am able drive by and see all the new vehicles; extremely convenient for service. Most of all, it is great to be able to negotiate a deal with folks that are straight forward.

Mr. Kellog is the best. This deal was so easy, no games, no BS. I traveled about 30 miles to go to this dealer and it was well worth it. I live closer to 2 supposed 5 star dealers who did nothing but waste my time and play games. If it wasn't for this dealer and Mr. Kellog I would be driving a new Toyota Van, and I really did not want that. This dealer should move to 6 stars and Mr. Kellog to 10. He is the best!!

The sales staff and management were very friendly and upfront with everything related to the `purchase of our used vehicle. The requests we made pertaining to the servicing of truck being purchased were all made without hesitation. Very friendly and took the time to discuss all the variable for the various vehicles. I was unsure as to which vehicle would best suit me. I was able to drive the ones I was interested in and when the model I wanted was not on-site they made an appointment for me to return and I bought the one I wanted.
